I was most satisfied with the quality of the cabinets. There is no comparison in product when you buy custom made cabinets vs. factory made (Menards, Home Depot, Lowes, etc). With custom made cabinets, you have a wide variety of choices in design, color, and wood type. I also was impressed with the personalized help I received in picking out my cabinets and countertop. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
