The homeowner, Nancy, lives in Sterling, Michigan and wanted to remodel her kitchen. It was dark and dated and she wanted to increase the amount of light in her kitchen and wanted more pantry space
We were able to create a more functional kitchen by increasing the counter space and moving the range to the other wall. Notice the more functional footprint inside the existing space.
We kept the peninsula where it was to blend the new flooring in the living/dining room (a recent remodel.) This made for a seamless integration with the existing renovation. Notice the added can lighting and bright cabinets that we took up to the ceiling. We added a Corian countertop and a single bowl Corian sink was integrated to match.
Nancy is thrilled with her new kitchen, read her review of her experience with Lloyd’s Cabinet Shop:
‘I love my new kitchen! From my first meetings with Ken and Melissa right through to the end of my kitchen remodel experience, I was treated in a professional manner. My kitchen needed to be gutted and redesigned. Ken and Melissa did wonders with creating my new space and making it work efficiently. They had great suggestions and worked with me throughout the process. I was very happy with the contracted workers that were scheduled to prepare my walls, ceiling, floor, plumbing, and electrical work. My project was completed on time and that was a great plus! My new custom made cabinets are perfect and exactly what I wanted and more. I would strongly recommend Lloyd’s Cabinets.’
