The Dollars & Cents
We know what a giant undertaking any remodeling project can be. That’s why we won’t prescribe “quick-fixes” or use shoddy building materials. Getting it right takes time (time planning, time designing and time completing). It’s just that simple. We would not have it any other way.
Pricing can vary greatly on a project-by-project basis, largely depending on your budget, the design you desire, and the finish materials chosen. During our initial discussion, we will tell you what ideas will work and what will not.
Please take a look at the figures below to gain a better understanding of what some typical lower and higher-end projects may cost. Remember, these are merely averages based on past work we have completed. Every project is unique, and so are their relative costs.

Typical Hall Bath (8′ x 5′) $12,500+ | Typical Hall Bath (8′ x 5′) $16,000+ | Typical Hall Bath (8′ x 5′) $21,000+ |

Design, labor, materials, countertops and fixtures are included in the estimates above. Assumes a complete gut and remodel. Flooring is not included.
Basic: Includes basic grade fixtures and cabinets. All walls and fixtures remain in the same spot. Countertops include cultured marble or Corian.
Mid: Includes upgraded plumbing fixtures, cabinet upgrades such as custom built “Get More” by Lloyd’s, and full extension soft close drawers. Countertops may be Corian or quartz. May also include walk-in shower with porcelain, ceramic tile or Corian.
High: Includes higher-end countertops, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, custom shower, euro glass, etc. It may include full Corian shower with grout-less tile design or porcelain or ceramic tile on shower walls and floor. It may include more significant wall modifications or moving of fixtures.
Estimated Basement Remodel Costs
Design, labor and materials are included in the estimates above. Adding egress windows or upstairs smoke detectors NOT included.
Build-Out: Assumes open layout and would include: framing, insulation, switches, outlets, can lights, HVAC ventilation, drywall, doors, trim, painting and carpet. The more walls and upgraded trim details the higher the price per sq. ft. goes up. NOTE: When the size gets smaller than 1000 sq. ft. the price per sq. ft. may go up.
Bath: Assumes an 8’ x 5’ bathroom including a vanity, toilet and shower. Also assumes drains are pre-roughed. The level of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and tile will indicate the final price.
Wet Bar: Wet Bars are very hard to estimate until a final design is established. A Basic-Level Beverage Center consists of 6’-8’ of cabinetry and countertops. A Mid-Level Wet Bar includes the same as the basic-level except it adds an island or peninsula section for bar stools. A High-Level Wet Bar is a more customized space for parties including multiple appliances and high end finishes.
